How many denominations can I have?
All prices include a single denomination. You can purchase additional denominations at a setup of £10.00 each. Simply order the total quantity of cards you require and purchase any additional denominations as a separate purchase.
How many cards of each denomination can I have?
You can split the amount of cards to be printed as you like with the minimum print run of 50 cards - for example if you purchased 500 cards you could have 100 £5.00 vouchers and 400 £10.00 vouchers or maybe just 50 £5.00 vouchers and 450 £10.00 vouchers. Or if you prefer you can just have 1 denomination - i.e. 500 £5.00 vouchers.
What denominations can I have?
Completely up to you. The most popular choices are £5, £10, £20 and £25 but its your choice!
Can I have extra denominations?
Yes you can have additional denominations for a £10.00 setup charge for each extra denomination required.
Do I have to have cash denominations?
No your vouchers can have a specific service rather than money off if you prefer. For example a Salon could have a beauty treatment or a tanning session. Orders of 250 cards or more can still have up to 2 different services as mentioned above concerning denominations or you could have one cash denomination and one service - for example 100 £10.00 vouchers and 400 Beauty Treatment vouchers.
What colours can I have?
See the list above for standard colours. If you are ordering more than one denomination then you can have different colours for each one. Other colours are available by special request!
What size are the vouchers and what are they made of?
Each voucher measures 5.4x8.5cm. They are a colour coated card with a white backing. Large vouchers are available and measure 6.0 x 14.0cm.
Can I have a non-standard size and colour?
Yes we may be able to produce other size and colour gift vouchers although minimum order quantities may apply. Please contact us if this is the case.
Regarding Design;
You may have any wording you choose and can even design your voucher yourself as long as it fits within an 8.2 x 5.2cm template and meets the following criteria;
1) The design will be printed by us in a single colour and must not have any shading – so a photo for example would not be possible. This is because we print with foil and so it is either printed or blank there are no variations.
2) Your design must not have too fine detail because we would not be able to print to a satisfactory quality – anything Arial point 14 or above is fine. It must also not have too large an area of block colour as the foil may not take.
3) Any design you supply to us must be a very high quality print (or pdf file, high quality jpg etc) in black on white – this is because the metal plate will be engraved using your print and so if it is raggedy or has blurred edges then this will be represented in the final plate – the engraving can only be as clear as the proof.
It does not matter if your design is wording or pictorial or a mixture of the two – if you have a design in mind and want to check if we are able to print it then please contact us.
