Making Payment
You can make payment by;
1) Order online using the paypal shopping cart and a credit / debit card
2) Place your order over the phone with a credit / debit card - 01395 268638
(please note that we do not continually man the phones due to the sheer amount of work in the studio - if you cannot get through please leave a name and number so that we can call you back)

Note that we will not proceed with any order until payment has been received in full.
Turnaround times for initial orders
We aim to get flyers, leaflets and colour business cards printed within one week (subject to proof) and initial foil printed orders printed within two to three weeks (sooner where possible). This includes the time taken to agree a proof design and to have magnesium printing plate(s) engraved for foil printed orders.
Turnaround times for repeat orders
We will aim to get repeat orders printed within seven to ten days (sooner where possible).
Proofs
We will produce proof copies of all prints required which are generally e-mailed or can be faxed. Please note that unlike some of our competitors we do not charge for producing proofs for stationery orders.
Postage charges (non local business only, local orders are delivered free of charge)

Order value from £5.00 to £12.49 - postage charge is £3.95
Order value from £12.50 to £29.99 - postage charge is £4.95
Order value from £30.00 to £59.99 - postage charge is £6.95
Order value from £60.00 upwards - postage charge is £8.95
Overseas Orders
We will quite happily send stationery abroad, using Air Mail etc. We will advise you of Post and Packing charges on an individual basis dependent on your location and the completed order weight.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ORDER ON LINE FOR AN OVERSEAS DELIVERY THEN AN ADDITIONAL P&P CHARGE WILL BE DUE BEFORE THE ORDER IS SENT. (THIS INCLUDES SOUTHERN IRELAND)
